CFL P70 brown powder Chrome Free Lignosulphonate with specific smell it is a multipurpose defelocculant temperature stabilizer and fluid loss control additive for use in all water based drilling fluids, meets OCMA DFCP-8 specification.
COMPOSITION and APPLICATION:
CFL P70 is all purpose deflocculant and temperature stabilizer agent .It is effective for decreasing the viscosity and reducing the fluid loss for all water base mud sytems. Specially used in fresh- and seawater plus salt potassium and lime basis mud system. It has a high temperature tolerance up to 170 °C. CFL P70 is non polluting it does not contain toxic heavy metal such as chromium.
ADVANTAGES:
· Contains negligible amount of Chrome and no other heavy metal which is not dangerous for environment.
· Temperature tolerance in the range of 130 to 170 ° C.
· Compatible with all water base mud systems.
· Reduces the fluid loss without any additional polymers and thickness of filter cake.

RECOMEDED TREATMENT :
For filtration control and to disperse the slurry 3-30 kgs/m3,dependent on the type of drilling fluid by adding directly to slurry. Due to the CFL P70 ‘s low pH treatments require additional 25 kg of caustic soda for every 100 kg of CFL P70 .
